Flip Cup Rules
A fast-paced team game where players race to drink and flip their cups upside down.

Typical Flip Cup setup with teams on opposite sides
What You'll Need:
- Plastic cups (2 per player minimum)
- Beer or other beverage
- Long table (the longer the better)
- 4+ players (even numbers work best)
Setup:
- Divide into two even teams (4-10 players per team works well)
- Teams line up on opposite sides of the table
- Place one cup per player in front of each team member
- Fill each cup about 1/4 to 1/3 full with beer
Gameplay:
- On "go", the first player on each team drinks their entire cup
- After finishing, they place the cup open-side-up on the edge of the table
- They then attempt to flip the cup upside down by flicking the rim with their fingers
- Once successful, the next player in line can start their turn
- The race continues until one team has successfully flipped all their cups
- The losing team must finish their drinks or take a penalty
Special Rules:
- No Hands: Players cannot use their non-dominant hand to assist in flipping
- One Flip: If a cup falls off the table, the player must start over
- Relay Style: For large groups, players can rotate in after each round
